Lazy-day

I’ve been lazy all day long. Well, except for the one domestic duty I completed, called vacuuming. Other than that I’ve done nothing productive.

I lounged on the couch until a 9:30. I poured Dawson a bowl of cereal. I played Brain Age on Nintendo DS. I watched several episodes of Spongebob with Dawson. I tried to record a video using the laptops built-in web cam but now I can’t get it to upload to YouTube.

Then I went back to lounging on the couch. Doing absolutely nothing. I’d love to say it’s because I’m enjoying the holiday weekend, but really, it’s because I’m a raging ball of hormones thanks to PMS.

I think I’ve snapped at Doug, Dawson and Murphy no less than 80 times. I can’t help it. My head hurts and my uterus is trying to kill me.

I think I need a nap. Wake me up when the menstrual misery goes away, will ya?

Anyone else being lazy today?

  1. We all need lazy days like that now and then.

My favorite way to deal with menstrual misery is to lay on the couch in my sweats and watch episodes of Sex and the City. Of course, with Julia around, it was usually SpongeBob on the TV.

    I hope you feel better.

  2. I felt so lazy yesterday, but it was such a beautiful day. I loathed to come inside and clean up the horrible mess.
