I'm the one that does that around here. But I also don't do the dishes. The boy likes it and thinks dishwashers are useless (that's right, he washes them by hand) so I tell him to go at it. He also cleans the bathroom. And at least half the laundry. And does the recycling. And takes out the garbage. Yeah, I'm pretty spoiled too. lol. I’m the one that does that around here. He forgets that when he cooks, he makes a whole mess for me to clean up. And how sweet it is when he makes himself breakfast in the morning? Yeah. I'd rather he microwave oatmeal than dirty a skillet, spatula, plate, etc. I do the soapy water thing as well. It's so much easier to wash as I cook.
