People keep asking me if I'll do that. Frankly, I'm not sure I have the patience to deal with other people's kids for that long. My brother's neighbor lady got it right. For five dollars a day, this woman will take in your child when you go to work in the morning, feed him breakfast and walk him to school. She cares for about 6 kids at a time this way, and it gives her a tiny bit of disposable income. -- On a more supportive note, I think you'd be awesome at running a daycare. But it sounds like you are updating your resume, thinking about what you really want out of life and getting lots done in the process.
