No, I don’t smoke - not much air in my lungs after screaming at the kids, ya’ know - but, I was surprised by the sign.

I’m scared to start going to exercise classes because of the fear of it being full of peppy little twenty-somethings who are size fours trying to be size zeroes. And then there’s me, the elephant in the corner, huffing and puffing away, resorting to marching in place more often than not. Gawd. Nightmare. I’ll do it, don’t get me wrong… I’m just not looking forward to going to the first session. Wanna drive up here on a weekend and go to the first one with me? –I hope you feel better soon.
