Truth or Lie

Karen has a fun game over at her place.  She has 10 statements on her blog and asked us to guess if they are true or false.  So far. I’m 2-0 with correct answers!  

Ms. Vodkarella has asked us to play along and I thought it would be fun.

Below are 10 statements that are either true or big fat lies.  You can guess which are true or false in the comments and over the next ten days I’ll reveal the answers in a following post!  Good Luck!

Here we go!

1.  I broke my right arm because I was copying Mary Lou Retton while watching the 1984 Olympics on television.

2.  When I was 17, I had a party while my parents were on vacation and I only got busted because my little brother was snooping in my room and found a half-empty bottle of Jack Daniels under the bed.

3.  My nickname as a little girl was Lefty.

4.  I have a scar on my left palm that I got when I dropped a bottle of seven up and tried to pick up the shards of glass.

5.  My husband is 12 years older than me.

6.  I was a virgin until I was 20 years old and my husband is my first and only partner.

7.  When I was pregnant I thought I was having a girl and wanted to name her Penelope.

8.  I play the violin.

9.  I was a bartender in New York City but I couldn’t hack the city life and moved home to work at my father’s tavern.

10.  I purposely speak in a southern accent when I go out to bars with my friend Amanda.
