Won’t You Please Vote For Me?

Lately, I’ve been asking a lot of questions, it seems.  I asked you, dear readers, what luck has to do with life.  I also asked you to join the National Arbor Day Foundation because what’s a world without trees? And now, I have to ask a personal favor of you, my friends.

The folks at Mothers Click are creating the world’s first community cookbook to help kids everywhere.  100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.  When you join the Mothers Click community, you can participate by submitting a recipe to be published in an elegant cookbook.

I love cookbooks, recipes, kitchen tips and hints, and I think this is a great idea!  I couldn’t wait to submit my personal fave recipe; one I created and make often.  However, the only way to get my recipe published is by receiving votes from my blogging pals and readers!  And I’ll even get on my knees and say, “Pretty Please?”

Click here to see my yummy soup recipe… and please vote!

Mothers Click is an online community for moms where you can join a group or create your own.  I’ve enjoyed the site because it encouraged me to start a mother’s club of my own.  I’ve got two members (including myself) and hopefully this group will grow in my local community.

If you’d like to submit your recipe, click this link to register at Mothers Click (that is, if you haven’t already)!

  1. I guess I could be a mom just to vote for your recipe. :P I’ve done worse. LOL

  2. I can’t stop laughing! Oh Yoshi! You don’t have to do that. I’m bordering on begging, aren’t I?

It’s for such a good cause! I hope it sells lots of copies! :)

  3. I love the “real” cookbooks such as this. No matter how many cookbooks family and friends buy for Katie and me, the one that we use most often was the one that was put together by her mother containing dozens of recipes from friends and family members. They’re the recipes you know and love. My vote is in. Potato Cucumber soup? Awesome sounding!

  4. Mmmmmm…. Soup.

    Darnit, now I’m hungry!
