GROCERY STORES! You, my dear, are talking to the right woman. I used to struggle with that, and I realized it's because I spend too much time in the middle of the store. My husband works for a grocery store and he clued me in: always shop the perimeter. Produce, Meat, Dairy. Avoid the general merchandise and deli. Well, the deli is good for low fat sandwich meat, but that's about it! And, Karen, she's just magical! That's all I can say! :) Elizabeth!!! GROCERY STORES!
