Blog Renter & Swimming Lessons

I have a new renter! You must check her out. She’s beautiful, funny, witty and clever. I’ve been reading her blog for a few weeks and I can honestly tell you she makes me smile with her great sense of humor and amazing way with words. Laci deserves a visit. So please head that way, now! On a lighter note, the flu bug seems to be easing up on us. Dawson was so hot and sweaty that I insisted that Doug fill the kiddy pool for him to cool off in. This is how that turned out:

He decided to get completely wet and splash his ill mother. I admit the water was so cooling. I was tempted to get my bathing suit on. That is if I hadn’t been so goddamned lazy.

Isn’t he just adorable? To be two again. I think it would be sweet to have my mother wait on me hand and foot, to shower me with kisses, and to give in to my every whim.

It’s a toddler’s life, isn’t it?

Trish! Thank you for the wishes and for the visit!

  6. I love the pictures, and I’ve been wanting to ask: where did you get that cute little toddler-sized white chair?

  7. Hey Christina! My bug is just a new fish in water. He was so afraid to go into the little pool that we had to put the chair into it. We got that white chair last year at Menard’s on clearance. I think I paid $2 for it and the original price was $12.99. Dawson loves it because it has a cup holder in the arm rest for his sippies.
